Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to The Ivy Ann Collection! 

Our goal at Ivy Ann is for you to love every piece you order, but we know that returns happen. So, if you're not completely satisfied, here’s our return policy for your reference:

1. STORE CREDIT ONLY

  • Returns are accepted for regular-priced merchandise within 10 days of delivery/pickup and will be issued a store credit.
  • All seasonal/holiday items and sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and are considered final sale:

  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Items purchased at a discount 

3. CONDITION OF RETURN

  • Items must unworn, with tags attached, free of makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, and animal hair, or you will NOT receive store credit.
  • Items in poor condition (e.g., stains, odors) will not be accepted for return.

4. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Orders cannot be edited or canceled after checkout.
  • Please ensure all items in your cart are correct before completing checkout.

5. RETURN PROCESS

Approval

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and instructions for how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

  • Report damaged items within 2 days of receiving your order with photos for a resolution.

7. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Ivy Ann is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping.
