Shipping & Pickup Policy

We ship items out Monday through Friday daily. Friday orders placed before 1 pm EST will be shipped out that day. Please understand shipping carriers do not pick up on Saturday and Sunday. 

Orders placed on Fridays with the Express shipping option may not be delivered on the weekend, pending the carrier's delivery times. 

Free shipping on orders over $200

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

Please check your shipping address before submitting orders. Once your order has been shipped you will be charged a second shipping fee for us to ship to the correct address, once the item is returned to us. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier we cannot issue a refund. If this happens, please contact the carrier regarding your shipment. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers. We will not issue a refund if the shipping carriers do not meet their shipping times. Please contact them directly if items are not delivered on time.

PICKUP POLICY

Please pick up your item within 25 days of purchase, unless you’ve made other arrangements with us. After 25 days, unclaimed/unpicked up items will be restocked and relisted on our website, and refunds will not be provided. We do this to keep from packages being lost or stolen, as well as us having to hold items for a long period of time! We appreciate you & hope you understand!
